City Partnership Helps Aging in Place Applicants
City of Rohnert Park Foundation and Habitat Sonoma County partnered through a $5,000 grant to help Rohnert Park low-income senior homeowners with critical home repairs. Three RP residents, so far, received much needed construction repairs and updated safety measures to their home. Due to COVID-19 restrictions only outside repairs were done at this time. When restrictions lift, Habitat will return to repairing indoor safety issues.
