Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County is preparing to open our next application round for homes that will be built in Windsor and Santa Rosa. The tentative construction is scheduled to begin in the Spring/Summer of 2020 and continue over the following 18 months. Applicants must meet certain criteria, including specific income levels, a need for adequate shelter, and the resources to meet minimum income guidelines. If selected, the family must sign a partnership agreement with Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County which includes a commitment of 500 hours of sweat equity assisting in the construction of their home as well as others.

The first step is determining if you fit within our guidelines. Please determine if your income fits within the guidelines based on your family size, and if you fit the Need, Ability to Pay, and Willingness to Partner guidelines. Once complete, you will be invited to our next Homeowner Interest meeting to learn about the details of the program and to have all your questions answered prior to completing an application. The next meeting will be announced once we have determined the timing of our upcoming developments.
